Nekeria Q. Jenkins (Kia) is the Operations Manager for CISSL as well as the Research & Contract Grant Support Specialist at Rutgers' School of Communication, Information and Library Studies (SCILS). She received her B.A. in Accounting & Finance as well as her M.B.A. from Hood College in Frederick, MD. This past summer, Kia was certified as a Rutgers Certified Business Accountant. Before joining CISSL and SCILS, Kia had a career in retail management.
