Opportunities to Get Involved with CISSL

You can support CISSL through financial and professional contributions. CISSL invites you to consider these opportunities for active affiliation:

  • Join the team of scholars advancing research on learning in the information age school
  • Sponsor collaborative research projects undertaken by CISSL
  • Underwrite the Center's institutes, lectures, seminars and training programs
  • Sponsor e-CISSL, the Center's web presence Support MLIS students preparing for certification
  • Participate as an exemplar of best practice
  • Register as a consultant with CISSL. CISSL plans to undertake the conduct of specialist consultancy projects, such as the development of school library as centers for inquiry-based approaches to learning. It seeks to develop a network of expertise to draw on to enable the range of activities within CISSL's mission.
  • Provide scholarships for students undertaking Ph.D.
